The Triplets of Belleville Octavia Capitol Building

The final version of my term 2 assignment. Term 2 was focused on environments and my project specifically was to design a capitol building in the art style of "The Triplets of Belleville" suspended in the air in an Octavia style city detailed in the book "Invisible Cities".

I original made a simple 3D model of the building to use as a reference for getting all the perspective correctly and then drew over it and changed a few things.
